Android Tiramisu is in Beta

Android Tiramisu is in beta and will be available in June or July! But you can try it for now.

Just go ahead get the Platform Tools v33: https://androidsdkoffline.blogspot.com/p/android-api-33-sdk-13-tiramisu-download.html

The SDK is still on API 32 Page: https://androidsdkoffline.blogspot.com/p/android-api-32-sdk-12-sv2-direct.html

you need the SDK Platform Tiramisu and the sanboxed version 

and the Google APIs ARM Tiramisu as well
